Following the subdivision of the property, we undertook the complete renovation of an existing cottage. The home’s greatest asset—its sweeping views over the Zandvlei Wetlands, Steenberg, and the Hottentots Holland Mountains—had not been fully utilised. Our renovation focused on maximising these views while improving the home’s layout and functionality.
